In terms of pricing in many cases we will lean towards a fixed monthly fee for operating businesses to ensure there are no hidden costs. However, we also do hourly billing for specific scenarios such as a large company clean up, analysis project or a single year-end. Of course! You should never feel obligated to stick to an accountant whether that be with us or anyone else, especially if you are not happy with the service. Reach out to discuss your options if you are thinking it might be time for a change.

This is not a problem. Despite out preferred bookkeeping software being Xero we work with all programs.
